Now you’ll need a plastic tie. It’s made of material that will last.

Now put the handle back on. It shouldn’t wiggle any more but if it still does just put a second piece of plastic tie it. It’ll stay tight for a real long time.

PS – don’t forget to lube all the moving parts on the handle including the springs before you put the handle on. One’s at the the opposite end of the tumbler from the key. It makes the key return to parallel after locking or unlocking the door. The other one’s where the trigger swivels. Partially insert the key into the tumbler so you can squirt some oil into it. Yeah, oil. Graphite? Good luck with that. Push the key in and out of the handle a few times to help draw the oil in and and operate the lock with the key to move the oil around.

Put a little anti-seize compound on the screw threads and the screw. If the hole is stripped, you can fix it with an 6X1 millimeter helicoil.
